THUSC Sport Psychology Program returns this spring. The goal for the spring is "Mental Conditioning" to get all our players in top mental shape for the spring season and culminating in State Cup and Directors Cup.

Topics will be:
Week 1 - Mental Toughness, Confidence, Focus and Re-focus
Week 2 - Strengthening your Positive Mindset
Week 3 - Pre-performance routines - consistent preparation = consistent performance. Each session will be with multiple teams.

Big group sessions - More advanced mental game skills: Goal setting, Visualization, Managing Anxiety & Emotions

Athletes should wear United gear and bring a pen and notebook.
Focus and attention are important, so athletes should also come motivated to learn and improve.

United Sport Psychology Program
Mission Statement

The United Sport Psychology Program started in 2005, and is currently in it's 10th year. Although the structure has changed over the years, the mission remains the same: To make United the most mental tough club in the state. Mental toughness can be defined as "the ability to remain confident and re-gain confidence over time." Brian works with the parents, coaches, and athletes to provide strategies to be mentally tough, so that their technical skills, tactical knowledge, and physical fitness can shine on a more consistent basis.

If you have any questions about the program, please feel free to call or email. As another benefit to the club, all United families get a 20% discount for all private individual consulting with Brian. To find out more about Brian, his experience, or sport psychology in general, visit www.spinw.com

Thanks, and Believe in United!
