A notary will be available at some try-out sessions to notarize medical release forms - we will update times here.

• Bring the Registration/Medical Release Form and a copy of your birth certificate or current passport to try-outs(*).
  
• The The Registration/Medical release Form will be emailed to you as part of your pre-registration confirmation. If you can not pre-register, please print a Player Participation Form and Medical Release Form from the web site and bring them to try-outs.
• They are available under the FORMS section.
• (*)Current United players do not need to bring another copy of a birth certificate. We have them on file.
  
• On-line registratrants only need to bring pre printed Medical Release/Reg Forms and Birth Certificates/Passports.

Financial Assistance may be available -applications are due at try-outs Forms are avaialble Here. Please submit applications on or before try-outs.

The try-out fee is $20. In the event a player is placed on a team, accepts that position and commits to THUSC by paying initial registration fees, the "tryout fee" will be applied towards registration fees.

The "tryout" fee is due at or before the time the player arrives at his or her first tryout session. Try-out fees can be paid on line with a credit or brought to tryouts (cash or check) Do not mail your try-out fee to the Club. In the event a player does not wish to pay the "tryout fee," he or she will be ineligible to participate in THUSC tryouts. Online payments are accepted prior to tryouts. Check or cash will be accepted at tryouts. There will be no credit cards accepted at tryouts.

For scholarship players: The $20 try-out fee is required along with your completed a scholarship application and submitted it to THUSC at or before the first tryout session for that particular player.
